Characteristics

The components present in the product can promote the following physiological effects: promote the production of energy for the cell, transporting fatty acids to the sites designated for their metabolic use, replenish the salts lost by the body following sweating, promote energy metabolism and organic defenses.

Miramag-k contains:

• L-carnitine tartrate,produced in the human body partly by the liver, kidneys and brain and partly by the diet. Carnitine is not present in vegetarian diets, in this case its supplementation is often recommended to avoid physical and mental fatigue. The pro-energetic action of carnitine is carried out in the mitochondria of the heart and skeletal muscles. Lipids are transported to the mitochondria where they are transformed into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a source of energy necessary for life.
• Magnesium and potassium, trace elements involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions such as electrical stability of cells, the integrity of cell membranes, contractility of muscle tissue, and conductivity of nerve cells. Their deficiency could induce fatigue, muscle cramps, and be a contributing cause of menstrual cramps and headaches. The presence of these two trace elements in the formulation can serve as a useful replenishment of magnesium and potassium depletions.       
• Phosphorus, which plays a role in all energy processes, as it is essential for transforming food into energy. Its main actions are: stimulation of muscle contraction, primarily regular heart contractions. It forms phospholipids (phosphorus + lipids), which are necessary for maintaining a healthy nervous system and for efficient mental activity. Phosphorus is an essential element for nucleoproteins, the basis of genetic function. Phosphorus deficiency can lead to growth difficulties and poor bone and tooth quality.       
• Zinc, useful for its immunostimulant activity and in cases of colds, weakened vision, taste, touch, smell, acne, and hair loss. Less known is its action as a catalyst for over three hundred enzymes, particularly in the transmission of genetic information and in the functionality of cell membranes.       
• Vitamin C, involved in the biosynthesis of collagen, catecholamines, and carnitine, playing a "protective role of hydroxylases." Therefore, the biosynthesis of endogenous carnitine, through vitamin C, produces a proenergetic action.       
• Vitamin B1, which promotes and favors the trophism of numerous tissues, particularly the nervous system, both at the central and peripheral level (sensitive and motor nerves). It also intervenes in the formation of acetyl coenzyme A, essential in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.       
• Vitamin B6, which acts on the protein metabolism of various organic tissues, particularly the nervous system.       
• Vitamin B12, a coenzyme involved in pro-energetic reactions and in the metabolism of nervous tissue (vitamin B12 deficiencies can damage central and peripheral nervous tissue). Vitamin B12 is also involved in the formation of red blood cells, which transport oxygen, essential in energy reactions.

Directions for use

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, we recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets per day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon, with plenty of water. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water and stir.

If possible, avoid acidic and/or carbonated drinks to help dissolve the sachet.

Warnings

Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, color variations may occur from batch to batch. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
