Indications
Indicated in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

Dosage and method of use
Full-term newborn: 2 drops (1 mg of iron) /kg/day;
weight between 1500 g and 2500 g: 4 drops (2 mg of iron) /kg/day;
weight between 1000 g and 1500 g: 6 drops (3 mg of iron) /kg/day;
weight less than 1000 g: 8 drops (4 mg of iron) /kg/day.
Timing of intervention for prophylaxis:
