Vitadyn Recharge Alkaline is a supplement based on alkaline mineral salts (Magnesium and Potassium), Creatine and Vitamins.
With a daily intake of 3 g, Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive activities of high intensity and short duration for those who practice intensive physical exercise.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism and together with Potassium to normal muscle function.
Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from stress oxidative.
