How to use

It is recommended to start taking the product 15 days to a month before exposure to the sun or artificial ultraviolet radiation.
Take two tablets a day, preferably with main meals.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise advised by a dermatologist.
In the case of skin diseases, such as vitiligo, to counteract the action of oxidative stress, you can use a 100mg tablet of selenium. Regular intake is recommended, even for prolonged periods.
