Ingredients
Fructooligosaccharides; grapefruit (Citrus grandis; maltodextrin) seed dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; tabebuja (Tabebuia avellanedae, maltodextrin) bark dry extract; rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf powder; Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa; maltodextrin) bark dry extract; magnesium oxide; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
As needed, swallow one or two tablets with a glass of water after main meals, three times a day. Start with 3 tablets per day. (morning, noon and evening) for 5 days, then switch to 4 tablets per day (one in the morning, one at noon and two in the evening) for 5 days and finally 6 tablets per day (two in the morning, two at noon and two in the evening) for 40 days.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
