PsylloPlus orange flavor
Psyllium fiber dietary supplement. Thanks to its natural soluble and insoluble fiber content and its marked water-retaining capacity, it promotes the formation of voluminous, soft, and lubricated stools. It is therefore indicated both in cases of transient intestinal slowing and difficult or incomplete fecal expulsion (constipation), and as a dietary adjuvant in the treatment of the symptom "diarrhea". It can also be rationally used to facilitate the achievement of a sense of satiety as part of diets globally aimed at controlling - reducing body weight, as well as in the diet of people suffering from carbohydrate and lipid metabolism disorders, thanks to its action tending to slow the absorption of nutrients.
Ingredients
99% pure psyllium husk; flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: aspartame; coloring: safflower; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free and with sweetener.
Directions for use
It is recommended to accompany the intake of the product with a sufficient quantity of water (at least 200 ml), an amount normally equivalent to the content of a soft drink glass. Drink the drink before it thickens, in which case it may be less pleasant, but no less healthy. The recommended daily dose is one sachet, one to four times a day, or as advised by your doctor.
