Characteristics
The heart of ALTOP is dimethylglycine, a natural substance of the betaine class, extracted from the common beetroot, beta vulgaris. The Ministry of Health attributes a very specific action to dimethylglycine:
- it has a supporting and recovery effect;
- it can intensify cellular metabolism, promoting energy production at all levels;
- it is a lipophilic molecule, which crosses the blood-brain barrier, and exerts its pro-energetic action also at the brain level.
Integrating daily nutrition with dimethylglycine is therefore useful in states of psycho-physical stress, in the rehabilitation and convalescence phases, to promote recovery of strength.
The ALTOP formulation is completed by significant doses of B vitamins (150% RDA) and vitamin C (300%), and by a minimum intake of creatine, to enhance the pro-energetic effect, but without limitations on use over time.
The components of ALTOP are therefore a useful support for students, the elderly, debilitated subjects or those subjected to intense and habitual physical efforts, such as athletes.

Directions for use
Take 1 or 2 tablets per day, as needed, without exceeding the maximum daily dose of 2 tablets. It can be taken for prolonged periods only after consulting your doctor.
Warnings
It is best to avoid its use during pregnancy, while it can be taken during breastfeeding. It can be taken by diabetics, celiacs, and lactose intolerant people. It is not a doping substance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
