Indications
Indicated in cases of increased need or low dietary intake of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Useful in cases of dry skin as it helps restore the right level of hydration.

Dosage and Directions for Use
1-2 capsules per day with meals, preferably at lunch, or as directed by your doctor.

Characteristics
Food supplement of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) associated with alpha-GPC, to make it available for incorporation into the cell membrane, vitamin E, vitamin C, beta-carotene, coenzyme Q10 and Vitis vinifera.

Contraindications
Do not take during pregnancy.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Components for capsule
Borage seed oil 200 mg (monounsaturated fatty acids 4 mg, polyunsaturated fatty acids 180 mg, of which GLA 120 mg); glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha-GPC) 75 mg; vitamin C 60 mg; glyceryl monostearate; grape seed dry extract 15 mg; soy lecithin; vitamin E 10 mg α-TE; beta-carotene 1.5 mg (250 RE); coenzyme Q10 2 mg; glazing agents: edible gelatin; glycerol; Colorants: E172, E122.

Storage
Store away from light and in a cool, dry place.
