Food supplement based on Potassium Citrate and Zinc
Indications
The technological manufacturing process of Lithosolv allows for the prolonged release of the nutrient over time. The nature of the Lithosolv salts can determine the alkalinization of urine. This action can be easily verified through the use of pH monitoring strips. If the urinary pH, always measured under the same conditions and at the same time of day for at least 3 consecutive days, remains below 6.0, it is advisable to consult your doctor to evaluate a greater supplementation of Potassium Citrate.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains 1080 mg of Potassium Citrate, equivalent to 391 mg of Potassium (10 mEq), 0.75 mg of Zinc and 10 mEq of Citrate.
How to use
Unless otherwise indicated by your doctor, we recommend taking two LITHOSOLV® tablets once a day. daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably on a full stomach.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. It is contraindicated in patients suffering from hyperkalemia or conditions that may predispose to the onset of this plasma alteration (such as chronic renal failure and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus). The simultaneous intake of Lithosolv and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) could cause hyperkalemia. In this case, it is advisable to monitor the trend of potassium levels. There are no known interactions with other drugs.
