Food supplement useful for strengthening the body's defenses.
Particularly indicated as an adjuvant in deficiencies, convalescence, and infectious diseases. Useful in states of loss of appetite, in debilitated and immunocompromised patients, and in children's growth retardation. During influenza and colds, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and during therapy with acyclovir.
      Lactoferrin
Lactoferrin, a natural defense protein linked to iron, is physiologically present in all those organic secretions that are commonly exposed to the action of bacteria: milk, tears, nasal exudate, saliva, bronchial secretions, gastrointestinal juice, cervico-vaginal mucus, and seminal fluid. Furthermore, lactoferrin is synthesized in white blood cells which release it precisely at sites where an infectious process exists. There is considerable scientific documentation supporting the activities of lactoferrin.
In particular, the literature shows that:
- the rationale for lactoferrin as an immune system adjuvant is mainly based on the fact that it is able to promote the growth and differentiation of helper T lymphocytes, which in turn stimulate the antibody response of B lymphocytes;
- lactoferrin has an antibacterial action as it exerts a powerful cleansing action by incorporating free iron, an essential element for promoting the growth of pathogenic bacteria;
- lactoferrin also exerts an antiviral effect by preventing the fusion between host cells and viruses.
      Zinc
Zinc, an essential element of nutrition, is a constituent of many enzymatic systems and is present in all tissues. Zinc deficiency conditions include alterations in rapidly growing tissues such as those of the immune system, skin, and intestinal mucosa.
      B Vitamins
Rubrovital is complemented by all the B vitamins, including vitamin B12 and folic acid. All these factors, due to their coenzyme function, occupy metabolic positions of great importance for the correct cellular balance.

Ingredients
Lactoferrin; zinc; vitamin B complex; folic acid; vitamin B12; inositol.

Directions for use
One vial per day, regardless of meals.
Turn the white cap clockwise until it stops, so that the red device underneath cuts the reservoir and the powder flows into the bottle.
Do not unscrew yet and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
Unscrew the white cap and take the product as is or diluted in water or other drinks.

Warnings
Coffee should not be consumed at the same time as zinc because it may decrease its absorption.
The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly, in its intact package.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
Store at room temperature, avoid exposure to localized heat sources and light.
