Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; creatine monohydrate; maltodextrin; magnesium L-aspartate; potassium D L-aspartate; acidifier: citric acid; orange flavoring; vitamin C (ascorbic acid); L-glutamine; magnesium oxide; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; zinc citrate; iron phosphate; sweetener: aspartame; coloring: beta-carotene (beta-carotene; coconut oil; maltodextrin; sucrose; acacia gum); vitamin E acetate (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; animal gelatin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin; maltodextrin); folic acid; sodium selenite.

Directions for use
1 sachet twice a day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 cc).

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
