Ingredients
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial part dry extract, titrated at 1% silica; Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial part powder (contains gluten), bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide; thickener: acacia gum. Quantities per maximum recommended daily dose (6 tablets): Horsetail aerial part powder and dry extract: 2112 mg (silica: 21.1 mg).
Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 4 to 6 tablets per day, at mealtimes, with water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
