Ingredients
Guarana seed powder; freeze-dried guarana seed extract; gelatin.
For 4 capsules: Guarana (Paullinia sorbilis) total concentrated seeds 1.62 g titrated in caffeine 6.25% 101 mg (HPLC method).

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the early afternoon.
