Indications:
Intestinal dysbiosis of any origin (iatrogenic, colic, hepatic, etc.) As a basic therapy in cases of allergies accompanied by intestinal disorders and consequences on the functionality of the MALT (mucosal-associated lymphatic tissue). Useful for constipation and all other conditions for which easy defecation is desirable (hemorrhoids, surgery in the anorectal region), intestinal candidiasis.

Directions for use:
2 tablets 1-2 times a day, to be swallowed without chewing with a little water in the morning and in the evening before bed.

Warnings:
In rare cases, spastic gastrointestinal disorders may occur. In these cases, it is necessary to reduce the dose. In case of chronic use or abuse, electrolyte losses, particularly potassium, albuminuria, and hematuria may occur; pigmentation of the intestinal mucosa is harmless and regresses once intake is stopped. Potassium loss can lead to alterations in cardiac function and myasthenia gravis, particularly if cardiac glycosides, diuretics, and corticosteroids are taken simultaneously.

Interactions with other medications:
None have been reported. In case of chronic use/abuse, the resulting potassium loss can cause an intensification of the effect of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmics. Potassium depletion may be exacerbated in association with thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids and licorice (dry extract, root).

Contraindications:
ileus, acute inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and children under 12 years of age.

Components:
1 tablet contains: Extr. sicc. (6.1-7.2:1) of Matricariae flos. (Chamomillae recutita) 72 mg; Extr. sicc. (4.2-5.6:1) of Rahmni purshianae cortex (Cascara sagrada) (equivalent to 7.5 mg of hydroxyanthracene glycosides, calculated as cascaroside A), 21.5-40.4 mg; L-acidophilus 50 mg; Anisi fructus 10 mg. Contains lactose.
