Characteristics

Cistiquer is a food supplement useful for the treatment of cystitis.

Contains:

• Quercetin, a polyphenolic flavonoid present in various plants and seeds, which has an antioxidant action; it inhibits the secretion of histamine, tryptase, and interleukins by mast cells. It therefore acts as a stabilizer of cell membranes, which become less sensitive to allergens.
• Bromelain, which helps reduce inflammation and edema.      
• Centella, which promotes proper peripheral circulation, preserving the tone and structure of the vessel walls.      
• Rhodiola and Skullcap, which improve concentration, mood and memory and reduce stress through their action on some brain mediators.      
• Cimicifuga, with an antiseptic action on the urinary tract.      
• Glucosamine, which prevents the deterioration of connective tissue, has an immunomodulatory function, and is particularly used in the repair of joint connective tissue.      
• Chondriotin Sulfate, a sulfated glycosaminoglycan (GAG) that is believed to act by inhibiting the synthesis of nitric oxide, thus proving rapidly effective on the symptoms caused by inflammation.      
• Sodium hyaluronic acid, which has a synergistic action with quercetin, has been observed to be absorbed with oral intake and distributed to the tissues, is essential for the health of the body, maintains the elasticity of the tissues and has a re-epithelializing effect on the mucosa. Its natural concentration in the body decreases with aging (taking its percentage present in the body at 20 years of age to be 100, the value drops to 65, 45, and 25 at 30, 50, and 60 years of age, respectively). It also contains calcium citrate.
