Briovitase® Sport is a food supplement with an excellent citrus mint flavor and contains carbohydrates,
electrolytes, vitamin C and mineral salts.

Mineral salts are essential elements for the proper functioning of the body: these can be easily lost during prolonged physical activity following excessive sweating. Mineral salts
enable proper muscle function (taking part in the muscle contraction process) and maintain the osmotic and electrolyte balance of cells. Briovitase® Sport, thanks to the
presence of sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium, represents a valid integration of these substances.
Carbohydrates are the primary energy resource used by the muscles during physical activity; these are generally present in the form of glycogen (a particular energy "reserve"), but if the effort is
prolonged or glycogen reserves are low, the body may find itself in a state of carbohydrate deficiency: in this sense, supplementation is essential for regular performance of the activity.
Briovitase® Sport contains 4 carbohydrates (Fructose, Sucrose, Dextrose, and Maltodextrin) characterized by different intestinal absorption times: unlike the simple intake of a single carbohydrate (which results in an intense but short-lived energy peak and therefore of little help during prolonged exercise), the blend of 4 carbohydrates provides a prolonged energy supply over time, ensuring longer-lasting support for activity.
Vitamin C is the main water-soluble antioxidant present in the body and performs several essential functions. Its supplementation is important in case of decreased dietary intake or
increased needs, such as in the case of intense sports practice: it is known that during exercise, there is an increase in the production of free radicals, by-products of cellular metabolism which, if present in concentrations higher than physiological, can cause damage to the cells themselves. In these situations, frequent during sports activity, a supply of Vitamin C contributes to the protection
of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use and Dosage
It is recommended not to take any more of 3 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 500 ml of bottled water or a water bottle. It is recommended to drink the drink during or immediately after physical activity.
