Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) folium dry extract	31 mg
Rhubarb dry extract (Rheum officinale Baill) rhizome	23.2 mg

Directions for use
1 measuring spoon (20 ml) in the evening before bed. Take as is or diluted in a little warm water.
