Directions for use

1 tablet per day, preferably before meals, for at least 2 months.
It is recommended to repeat in cycles during the year.

Ingredients

Food supplement of minerals, vitamins and plant extracts combined in a synergistic mix, capable of providing an additional amount of iron in all deficiencies. Calcium phosphate; equisetum arvense (sterile stems) dry extract 1% silica; ferrous gluconate; avena sativa (seed) dry extract; iron citrate; Rose hips (rosehips) dry extract 70% vitamin C; microcrystalline cellulose; niacin; magnesium stearate; L-lysine; copper gluconate; vitamin B6; vitamin B2; vitamin B1; micronized silica; folic acid; vitamin B12.
Contains no sucrose or lactose.
No added preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

Warnings

Use by people with celiac disease should be evaluated by a doctor.
May contain traces of gluten in quantities from 9 to 20 ppm.
