Directions for use
One capsule per day, with a glass of water. The vegetable capsule is gastro-resistant and can therefore be taken independently of meals. It can also be taken in the evening because it does not contain plant extracts that induce insomnia. It can also be taken continuously because it does not contain plant extracts that can cause accumulation. Two capsules only in cases of increased need.
