It helps promote proper urinary tract function by creating unfavorable conditions for bacterial growth and proliferation. It comes in slow-release, gastroprotective-coated, retardant tablets. This optimizes tolerability and ensures a constant release of its components over time.
     L-Methionine
It is one of the essential amino acids and, as such, is an important constituent of the human body. L-Methionine, which our body cannot produce and must be supplied from outside, is the only essential amino acid that contains sulfur in its formula. The availability of L-methionine (as a sulfur donor) in sufficient quantities is a necessary condition for the biosynthesis of cysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid. A large number of Gram-negative bacteria are able to alkalinize urine through the enzymatic degradation of urea, thus creating favorable growth conditions for them. Maintaining a physiological pH, achieved through the action of L-methionine, creates unfavorable conditions for bacterial colonization.
      Cranberry
Recent studies have focused on the antibacterial effects of Canadian cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon - cranberry) by targeting the adhesion of certain bacteria to the urinary epithelium. Women suffering from recurrent urinary tract infections appear to be particularly sensitive to the adhesion of uropathogenic bacteria. Uropathogenic strains rely on the adhesion of P-type fimbriae to enable colonization and the associated infection process. According to these studies, cranberry proanthocyanidins prevent the adhesion of P-type fimbriae of uropathogenic strains of E. coli.

Directions for use
We recommend taking one tablet twice a day: 1 tablet in the evening before bed and 1 tablet in the morning upon waking.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
