Directions for use and Dosage
Take 2 tablets a day to be swallowed with water every day, after 3:00 pm, preferably between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. It can be used continuously throughout the year or whenever you decide to implement a coordinated cosmetic/supplement protocol. One pack is equivalent to 15 days of treatment.
