How to use e Dosage
Take 2 scoops per day in a single or two separate doses, dissolved in 150 ml of water, juice, milk, or other cold beverages, or added to yogurt, centrifuged juices, or fresh or frozen fruit smoothies. Take the product after 3:00 pm, preferably between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. To support muscle mass gain after a workout, take the product within 30 minutes of finishing physical activity. It can be used continuously throughout the year or whenever you decide to implement a coordinated cosmetic/supplement protocol. One pack lasts 15 days.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contraindications
