Sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chlorine are balanced electrolytes that generate a solution with 487 mg of mineral salts per tablet. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function and vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve 1 tablet in approximately 500 ml of water.
Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. It is preferable not to exceed the maximum dose of 3 tablets, equivalent to approximately 3 bottles of solution, except in exceptional cases, such as competitions or occasional very long training sessions.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
