Hydrolyzed whey protein, which is the protein with the highest biological value: it is highly and rapidly digestible, and its amino acid composition, characterized by a high percentage of essential and branched-chain amino acids, is capable of supporting muscle and connective tissue reconstruction processes. These proteins are also rich in peptides and oligopeptides (chains of amino acids of varying lengths) with immunostimulatory and antioxidant properties.

Casein, which has a high biological value, but its digestion is slower than whey proteins. This phenomenon allows for the maintenance of high levels of aminoacidemia (presence of amino acids in the blood) for several hours and is responsible for its strong anti-catabolic action.

Directions for use and dosage.
Take one sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water. To facilitate even dissolution of the contents of the sachet, it is necessary to use a glass of water. The use of a shaker is recommended.
In cases of hypercatabolic states, it is recommended to take it between meals (mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon).
Athletes are advised to take it before or immediately after exercise.
Take one sachet of Anabolys during a meal as a protein supplement in case of inadequate natural protein intake.
