Directions for use and Dosage
- Starting cycle: start the starting cycle by taking 4 tablets every day, at two different times of the day, for a total of only 10 days on an empty stomach;
- Intensive maintenance: After the initial cycle, continue with the intensive maintenance by taking 2 tablets a day for another 10 days + 2 tablets when needed (about half an hour before). From the eleventh day, continue with the regular maintenance.
- Regular maintenance: Start the regular maintenance after completing the initial cycle or at the end of the intensive maintenance. Depending on your needs, take 1 - 2 tablets every 5 - 6 days + 2 or 4 tablets when needed (about half an hour before).

Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact product, stored in a cool, dry place.
