Shilajit is a concentrated supplement of 85 minerals: Shilajit is a rock exudate that is purified in several steps for over a month with spring water until it is reduced to a third. It is then dried in the sun and pulverized with a mortar.

Directions for use and dosage

1 capsule per day.
