Ashvagandha powder [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix; Brahmi dry extract [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] folium; Amalaki powder (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus; Gokshura dry extract (Tribulus terrestris L.) fructus; Musta powder (Cyperus rotundus L.) radix; dry extract of: Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fructus; Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) pericarpium powder; calcium carbonate; stabilizers: gum arabic, silicon dioxide; powder of: Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) folium, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizoma, Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus, Black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fructus, Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum White et Mason.) seed; coating agent: HPMC.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 tablet twice daily before meals.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
