Indications

Food supplement based on Serenoa lipid extract 85-95% FFA (free fatty acids) useful in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Serenoa is used to treat androgenetic alopecia, a condition caused by a hormonal imbalance. Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is an androgen hormone (sex steroid) produced in the gonads; the target sites of DHT are similar to those of testosterone. Excess DHT causes hair miniaturization by reducing the anagen phase (the first phase of regrowth) and increasing the telogen phase (the terminal phase of the hair), which leads to hair loss.
