Directions for use and dosage
One tablet per day to be dissolved in 200 ml of water, even away from meals. Multicentrum can also be taken for prolonged periods.

The Multicentrum Select 50+ effervescent tablet contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine).
Storage
Store Multicentrum Select 50+ in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the tightly closed original container. Do not use if the aluminum foil on the bottle is damaged when the cap is opened.
