Directions for use and Dosage
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure without support or mix with water. Equivalence 1 ml = 31 drops.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under 7 years of age, pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding women, people with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy, and people allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and for children, consult a healthcare professional. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
