Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) root powder (90% dietary fiber), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, (L-)tryptophan, gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) leaf dry extract (titrated to 75% gymnemic acid), corn or rice maltodextrin, guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) seed powder, carob (Ceratonia siliqua) fruit powder, silicon dioxide°, edible gelatin°°, vegetable magnesium stearate°°.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 3 tablets about an hour before meals with plenty of water (1 or 2 glasses), one to three times a day (3 to 9 tablets per day). Close tightly after use.
