Ingredients
Calcium carbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit dry extract titrated at 1% essential oil, galega (Galega officinalis L.) herb with flowers dry extract; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) dry extract titrated to 20% lutein; colorings: titanium dioxide, riboflavin (vitamin B2), caustic sulphite caramel (E150 b); vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for Use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 tablets a day in a single dose, away from meals (about 1 hour before or after).
