Indications

Reuplus is a probiotic that contains only the species Lactobacillus Reuteri SGL 01 (European collection IDA number DSMZ 25441), at a concentration of 1 billion. It promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora in cases of infant colic, gastroenteritis, or antibiotic therapy. Lactobacillus Reuteri is the only species of Lactobacilli naturally present throughout the human gastrointestinal tract, especially in healthy newborns and children. It has also been isolated from breast milk, a characteristic that underlines its safety and importance. Orally administered probiotics must overcome the acidic environment of the stomach and the emulsifying effect of bile acids in the duodenum and settle in the human intestine.
