In particular, vitamin D and zinc promote the normal function of the immune system. Zinc promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin PP contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Furthermore, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Arginine and Carnitine are also added to these micronutrients.
Retonal night is a food supplement based on ingredients useful for adjusting the nutritional balance in cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased daily requirements. In particular, Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the maintenance of normal muscle function and physiological electrolyte balance. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Directions for use and Dosage
