Resmed3 is a food supplement based on glycine, resveratrol, melatonin, vitamin D and black cohosh extract.

• Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.) is useful for counteracting menopausal symptoms.
• Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Furthermore, it maintains the normal function of the immune system.
• Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
• Resveratrol is a plant-based polyphenol extracted from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum and used for its antioxidant properties.

Directions for use and Dosage

Take one sachet a day in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into the mouth under the tongue, allowing it to be absorbed. Do not swallow and do not take with water.
