Active ingredients
- Glutamine stabilizes the tight junctions that seal the cells of the intestinal epithelium together, acting as an antioxidant against certain harmful substances (ethanol) or as a result of a state of acidosis. Glutamine reduces intestinal bacteremia and prevents the proliferation of harmful bacteria in the intestine, maintaining a balanced bacterial flora. At the brain level, it is converted into glutamic acid, fuel for brain cells, which is converted into GABA, a substance that protects the nervous system from the toxic action of ammonia and, consequently, plays a protective role on the CNS.
- N-Acetyl-Glutamine has greater bioavailability, as it remains longer in the intestinal tract, improving its antioxidant action.
- Jerusalem artichoke has a beneficial effect on the human microbiota thanks to its inulin content, a polysaccharide consisting of ß-D-fructose monomers with prebiotic activity. Furthermore, it is famous for its many beneficial properties as a protector of the gastrointestinal tract, diuretic and tonic.
- Licorice stimulates mucogenesis at the level of the gastric epithelium, thus acting as a barrier to excessive acidity, preventing the onset and/or promoting the regeneration of any ulcers.
- Zinc is a mineral that promotes the regeneration of epithelial tissue and the absorption of water and electrolytes. Furthermore, it limits the adhesion of pathogens to the cells of the intestinal epithelium, inhibiting the formation of bacterial biofilms.
- Malva sylvestris has emollient, laxative and anti-inflammatory properties. The high mucilage content protects the stomach from excessive acidity and contains compounds that act as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal agents.
- Kudzu root powder is used to soothe irritation of the intestine and digestive system. It acts as a natural gastroprotector and alkalizer, soothing the gastric mucosa and buffering excess acid secretion. It promotes intestinal balance, regulating peristalsis and stool consistency.
- Ginger, Zingiber officinale, is a powerful anti-inflammatory, antacid, and antibacterial agent.

Directions for use and dosage
