Indications
Supradyn Ricarica is composed of 13 vitamins, 9 minerals and Coenzyme Q10.
Formulated to ensure an adequate daily intake of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced intake with the normal diet.
Contains high-dose Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5 and Niacin. In quantities equal to 300% of the nutrient reference value.
The tablets are low in sugar and salt.

- Vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet for adults and children aged 12 and over, to be swallowed with a sip of water.
