Ingredients

Powder of: Ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix, Emblica (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus; dry extract of: Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herba, Centella (Centella asiatica Urban) herba; calcium carbonate; stabilizer: gum arabic; Greater Galangal (Alpinia galanga Willd.) rhizoma powder; dry extract of Clitoria (Clitoria ternatea L.) radix; anti-caking agents: starch, magnesium silicate, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); coating agent: HPMC.

Directions for use and Dosage

Take 1 tablet twice a day, swallowed with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
