Principia Reishi is a supplement based on the mushroom of the same name, useful for the body's natural defenses.

Other ingredients: bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea [Retz.] Willd.) young stems dry extract (70-75% organic silica); vegetable magnesium stearate; Vegetable capsule constituents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 2 - 3 capsules daily with meals and plenty of water.
