Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 10 ml sachet after each of the two main meals or 1 sachet in the evening before going to bed.
Shake the contents of the sachet by applying light pressure to the walls, then open it and take the contents directly.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
