Food supplement useful for sports practice
Indications
Recupero Extreme is suitable for supporting the recovery phase after intense performances. Thanks to the presence of B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) and electrolytes (Na, Ca, Mg, K), Recupero Extreme contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism.
Recupero Extreme provides a high dosage of BCAAs and the dipeptide L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine (AlaGln). The product contains Sensoril®, an extract from Withania S., which is an adaptogenic tonic, useful for counteracting physical and mental fatigue, and facilitating psycho-physical relaxation.
The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Ingredients
Carbohydrate complex (sucrose, maltodextrin DE 6, glucose) 74%, acids: citric acid, malic acid; L-leucine, flavorings, L-glutamine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, PepForm® Leucine Peptides (hydrolyzed whey protein, L-leucine) tit. 40% total L-leucine, trisodium citrate, 0.6% turmeric extract, L-alanyl-L-glutamine, sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Sensoril® (ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root and aerial part dry extract tit. 10% withanolide glycosides), beetroot extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Turmeric extract is used to give color to the powder.
Directions for use and dosage
Dissolve 50 g (2 scoops) in approximately 250 ml of water. Take 15-30 minutes after intense physical activity.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
