Indications
RANA STYLE is a food supplement containing creatine and branched-chain amino acids in a 4:1:1 ratio based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched-chain amino acids are recommended for supplementing an athlete's diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, hyaluronic acid, theanine, caffeine, and vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The product is gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and without added sweeteners.

Directions for use and dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 500ml of water and shake well for at least 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to take one sachet 40-45 minutes before training or a competition. Lightly flavoured with orange to promote good digestibility of the ingredients.
Warnings
Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light, and humidity.
