Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve 1 dose (1 scoop = 10 g) in at least 250 ml of water. The product can be taken during intense activity (intra-workout), dissolved in a water bottle, or even combined with other supplements. The product is also suitable for post-workout use. The maximum permitted dosage is 5g of BCAAs/day, equivalent to one scoop.
Pre-exercise use (anti-catabolic and muscle acidosis counteracting purposes): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.
Post-exercise use (nourishing the muscles and fighting free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is highest. efficient.
