Ramitech BCAA 2:1:1 by Etichsport is a food supplement of branched-chain amino acids for the athlete's diet, with Beta-Alanine and PepForm - leucine peptides, whose action nourishes the muscles and promotes recovery; with a high dosage and high purity of BCAAs, with Zinc and B Vitamins. Vitamins B6 and B1 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. The Zinc present contributes to normal protein synthesis. The presence of PepForm - Leucine Peptides - completes the formulation and allows for effective assimilation of leucine. It is suitable for:

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take the product away from meals and preferably post-workout. The maximum permitted dosage is 5 tablets per day. BCAAs can also be used during particularly long and intense workouts. It is recommended to take the product between meals.
- Pre-exercise use (anti-catabolic and muscle acidosis counteracting purposes): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.
- Post-exercise use (nourishing the muscles and fighting free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is most efficient.
The maximum permitted dosage is 5 tablets per day.
