Ingredients

Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; jatamansi (nardostachysjatamansi dc.) rhizome; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra l.) radix; amalaki (phyllanthusemblica l.) pericarpium; dry extract of: brahmi [bacopa monnieri (l.) pennel] herba; mandukparni (centella asiatica urban) whole plant; calcium carbonate; stabilizer: gum arabic; kulanjana (Alpinia galanga willd.) rhizome; dry extract of: ashphota (Clitoria ternatea L.) radix; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; stabilizer: magnesium stearate; coating agent: HPMC.

Directions for use

1 tablet twice a day with water, preferably after meals. The dose can be increased and taken for a longer period at the discretion of your nutritionist.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
