Alpha Galactosidase, Xylose Isomerase, capsule: stabilizer (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Lactase, Bulking agents (calcium carbonate), Invertase.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 to 3 capsules, with a maximum of 15 capsules per day, just before meals.
