Supplement useful for urinary tract infections
Indications
Puroman is a supplement based on pure D-Mannose, useful for combating urinary tract disorders. It supports the physiological functioning of the urinary tract, promoting the drainage of body fluids.
Ingredients
D-mannose. Gluten and lactose free.
Directions for use
Take between meals with 250 ml of water. 1 hour after taking it, drink plenty of water to stimulate diuresis and eliminate bacteria. In the absence of water, the capsule can be dissolved in the mouth (drink as soon as possible).
Acute phase: 2 capsules every 3 hours until symptoms resolve. Continue with 2 capsules every 8 hours for one week.
Maintenance: In case of recurrent episodes, 2 capsules mid-morning and 2 capsules before bed for 2 months. Gradually reduce dosage.
Prevention: 2 capsules after sexual intercourse (or other triggers), 6 capsules daily for the following 48 hours.
Warnings
The effectiveness of the product may be reduced in cases of intestinal malabsorption (Chron's disease, celiac disease, gastroenteritis). It can be taken in cases of diabetes mellitus and in children. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.

Store in a cool, dry place.
