Ingredients
Melatonin 52.5 mg (equivalent to 1 mg in approximately 25 drops)

Excipients:

stabilizer: glycerol, water purified; natural flavor; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Directions for use
Dilute 25 drops in a little water to obtain 1 mg of melatonin. The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial action of alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
