Dosage

Two capsules per day for adults and one capsule per day for children (3 years and older) and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In the evening, you can replace the pearl with a Psorin Valerian tablet.
