Indications

Provita Mamma is a supplement useful in case of increased needs during pregnancy or breastfeeding. During pregnancy, the diet must provide all the elements necessary for the development of the fetus and maintain the good health of the mother.
In case of breastfeeding, the diet must ensure optimal quality of breast milk.
In relation to these considerations, a supplement of folates, vitamins, mineral salts and omega 3 may be necessary during pregnancy and breastfeeding to ensure not only physiological growth but also better fetal trophism.

• Folic acid: (Vitamin B9) is necessary for cell division and growth. This vitamin is useful from the beginning of pregnancy and its supplementation helps reduce the risk of developing some fetal neurological abnormalities.
• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, D3, H: promote the use of nutrients and are important for energy metabolism.
• Vitamin C: intervenes in the formation of supporting tissues and connective tissue.
• Vitamin E: intervenes in the protection of cell membranes, is necessary to protect fatty acids from oxidation.
• Iron: intervenes in the formation of hemoglobin and red blood cells.

Directions for Use and Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with plenty of water.
